Hi approximately arrived at the store at 9:20 pm. I ended up getting a electrical cart. So i explained to one of the workers on what exactly I was working on at home. He explained to me the areas to picked up the materials in the store. So i went to the Garden Department picked up 12×12 bricks. So i stopped at the paint department & i was assisted and got exactly the color I needed to get for the home project. Home Depot team members were very helpful and thank you to help me in getting the right material for project. Outstanding job. I loved to see that a crew was about to start work and they were doing their stretches good protocol it helps to prevent any work injuries keep up the good work Salinas Home Depot crew.

Service is always great here. I find staff friendly and always willing to help and great selection of products. I wish they had rental trucks available hence the 4 stars. The closest location with rental trucks/vans in the area is Seaside. I wish they would change this and make it more convenient for those who need truck rentals for small home improvement projects in the Salinas. Other than that, I love shopping here for my home.

I go to A LOT of Home Depots. I like this one the most. Pro parking is top notch, I've never had to park in the lot. The store is clean and organized. When I removed my kitchen and bathroom, I had to make a few trips to the Plumbing section. Idk the guys name but he helped me a couple times.
They are also really good about having all the self checkout lanes open and full staff of 4 cashiers that are fast!

They were helpful with showing us washers and dryers, but when my delivery didn't show up after it was supposed to I wasn't able to get through to anyone at the home depot store 🙃 they are happy to sell $1500 of merchandise but not tell you why it's not being delivered

Normally hubby & I like HD...but that's when we physically go INTO the store.  We bought a Magic Chef 1.1 cu ft. countertop microwave & checked it in the store because the box was dinged. It looked ok so we took it home, unpacked it, & pulled off the blue protector material covering it. And....there was a chip on the top LH corner of the door. So we called the store to confirm they still had 1 in stock...Lost cause so we wet to HD's website. 1 place said it was in stock & then said it wasn't. So we TRIED to call the store. What an excruciating experience‼ After 4 calls where we never got anyone to answer, on try #5 we asked for MOD, & there wasn't 1 but we got someone at the pro desk who said he'd go check. & that was the last we heard. After long dead silence, our call went to an automated attendant, put us in ring mode then on hold then back to ring mode & so we let it ring & ring & ring. Then we got disconnected (twice), called back & never got anyone, except another dropped call. So we're stuck with a damaged product & no recourse and never a person to talk to. Home Depot must be taking lessons from Lowe's on how to give poor, no — ... TERRIBLE .... customer service.
