  831 Heating Inc. is a Top Notch company at all levels; HONESTY, customer service, punctuality and reliability. Felipe is genuinely a top notch technician with an unparalleled tendency to repair your unit, and not like most other companies to RIP you off. Felipe's expertise, honesty and kind-heart will make him my number one technician for all HVAC needs. You will be safe with him and do not worry about other who will come to your home rip you off and ask for replacing your entire unit for a simple fix. I had many companies came to repair my furnace, they all try to replace the entire unit, and those who did not ask for replacing the unit were not able to figure out what is wrong with the unit. They each asked for different parts (blower motor, limit switch, flame sensor, pressure switch, capacitor) that were not the main cause of the issue. Felipe figured it out and get it fixed promptly, efficiently and HONESTLY. A honest and experienced technician who is highly experienced and utterly honest is worthy of the highest praise and support.

  Felipe took care of me on short notice to replace my furnace before Thanksgiving. He and his crew did a killer job and did it for a good price too. I highly recommend them!
