  I put in an order for ball bearings. Was told and received the confirmation email on the day it was going to be in. I go into the store to get my order and told its going to be a another day or 2. But after waiting the 2 extra days i call to make sure that it is in. When i called i was told it would be a week before i would possibly get it. I cancelled the order. Then i go in to try to do another order. I ordered a brass elbow. I have them do next day delivery to the store. I give them a extra day and when i go in, they dont gave it. And doesn't know when it will be in.

  They make things complicated for people to pick up the stuff they ordered from online and some of what got was damaged. The employees are lazy. Take too long to wait on you after done with one customer to the next. I will never go back. Fast food service is better that that place. I give a star to the gate guy because he is the only one that acted like he knew what he was doing. That's the only reason got 2 stars

  Bought a new grill and one of the options was to pick it up assembled which we chose to do. Clearly these were stored outside and they never bothered to even casually clean them up. Mine was brought to me with boots poop on the bottom tray and a healthy dose of dirt. Would have been nice if they had wiped it down to make it at least appear new and clean. The front had something on it that had dripped down it. I get there are preassembled and most likely sitting outside, but come on you could at least wipe off the bird poop! Pictures attached.
