  Walked into the store and bought a washer. They were very helpful in taking my money. Delivery and installation was another story. Home Depot's installers broke my laundry room sink in the process. I had to fight for 2 months just to get HALF THE COST to repair the damage they caused. They originally only offered 1/5th the cost. And the quote to get the repair done was by Home Depot themselves! I'll never buy from this Home Depot or any in the future. And I'll not even get into my experience of having Home Depot's dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen for 3 months (while they already took my original one)! Trust me when I say: It's not worth buying from Home Depot! Go elsewhere!

  My wife and I worked with Tim earlier today to find a replacement dishwasher. Tim was very knowledgeable, honest and just very nice to work with. This Home Depot usually isn't our first stop, as it's further from home, but we will definitely stop here in case Tim is on shift the next time we're looking for an appliance.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I normally have never had any issues with Home Depot until now. I ordered a washer and dryer and it was delivered on time. The crew they sent to deliver and install seemed a bit confused on what they were doing but assured me everything was okay. They did a test run of the washing machine & left not letting me know of any issues. Not even 20 mins later my entire fire alarm system is going off. I go around turning everything off trying to make sure nothing is on fire and when I come upstairs, I see the washing machine is leaking water. I run back downstairs and that’s when I discover the water has now started leaking through my fire detector on the second floor of my newly purchased home……this happened on Monday, February 7, 2022 and as of now, Home Depot has yet to fix my washing machine or the damage caused by the water. I would never recommend ordering appliances from this company again as they have not been very responsive or helpful.
