Came here for flowers. Great variety of plants & flowers to choose from.

Compose and manure bags were ripped open. Had to move those to get closed bags. I have back problems so it was quite the chore to do.

Not the friendliest employees. There was a group talking and I asked if someone would help me with a $229 shed. One of the guys got it for me(I'm 70) snd took it to the cashier. She was very sweet and patient. He didn't ask if I needed help getting it in my van but luckily I had my daughter with me. Not impressed with the service.

The lady working in garden section saw I was riding one of your scooters and came and asked could she help me get the items I needed. She stayed with me till I was done. All the while doing all the lifting. When we got to our car an associate came and offered to lift into car and return the store scooter. Very good customer service.
But the one thing I do feel needs to be addressed is those scooters. Not enough of them and very poorly maintained.

My experience with the Killeen, TX store customer service/online pick up department was extremely disappointing.
Upon notification that my order was ready for pick up, I went to the store to pick up. Waited for over 30 minutes and was finally informed that they could not find my order. They said they would call that evening, they did not, I called and spent another 20 minutes on hold, to include getting hung up on, only to be told they still could not find my order. Told me a supervisor or manager would call the next day before noon, no call again, I called. They said they still could not find the order and would order another one and would call me regularly to keep me posted. Two days later, they called to let me know that they found the original order. I came in the next day to pick it up, another 30 minute wait as they had trouble finding it again. The customer service rep that did find it simply wheeled to the front and did not inform anyone. I walked over and saw my name on the box, asked the rep at the counter if it was okay  to take my order, she said yes, printed a receipt and I left.
The lack of promised follow up, apparent care, concern, and customer service skills of this department are extremely disappointing and frustrating, not too mention the time and resources spent in multiple trips to the store. Overall reflects poorly on the leadership of that store and Home Depot in general.

I had an online order. They were very helpful. I pulled up and they loaded my pallet with no issues. Even with staffing shortages they are still able to provide excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it! Thank you Home Depot Killeen!
