  Shane was very polite and professional when we called with an emergency repair need. He saw us same day despite the afternoon call, was there when he said he would be, gave a courtesy eta call, and came prepared with everything he thought he could need based on the complaint to streamline the repair. Fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Best of all, our house is cool again! Thanks Shane!

  Professional demeanor, fair pricing, quality service. I decided to get a second opinion after being told by another company my only option was a new system. When CHILL AIR came out, and took a look they were able to pin point the problem and explain to me what options I had. He was able to resolve the issue and had my AC running within the hour. Saved me time and money! Highly recommend
