Very nice employees, if you need help it's not an act of Congress to get ahold of anyone. Prices are high but that's not Home Depot fault it's the goofball we have in office fault. All around good place pretty much have everything you need.

Wow. First Home Depot experience in Texas and my goodness. The staff was all over the place. No one seemed to know how to help. We stood around supposedly waiting for someone in lumber for almost an hour (although no one communicated why we were waiting or if they had in fact found someone to help us, or if theyvwere still looking, which was my frustration)
Once help showed up (she was on lunch a very easy thing to communicate) she got us loaded quickly. The cashiers were very friendly and remarked how patient we were.

Staff at home depot were very helpful when trying to locate items. Candice a cashier there was very pleasant. I love shopping at this location. I've purchased a lot of big 🎟 items here.

I love the store, many of the employees pick and choose who to help. Don't like that. There are a few stars like Stephanie. She looked up products and even got up on a ladder. Nice

I love Home Depot! We go here for pretty much everything for home improvement. Used to go to Lowes but they never seem to have inventory these days. Pay a little more at HD but we get what we need.

I ordered a sink for store-delivery.  When it was several weeks late I asked for an update, but because the store required me to contact Home Depot directly, communication was very difficult, I think because of a language barrier.  They wound up charging my credit card three times for one sink, and even though I ordered the sink on February 14, by April I still hadn't received it.  Each time I asked for a refund I got a confusing response, different requests to prove I'm 'authorized' to cancel an order, just nonsense like that.  Fortunately the credit card cancelled the charge, but it was almost six weeks waiting for a product.  Amazon delivered the same sink in 2 days and was ten bucks cheaper, so I guess I won't use Home Depot for anything that isn't physically in the store.

Short staffed i get it!! But its totally ridiculous do wait almost 2 hours for assistance! EVERY employee we stopped  for help getting windows down could not help and did not make an attempt to get anyone that could! Finally the guy from the front desk help with half of our order then had to find someone else to finish because "They dont pay overtime" ..SMH! Good help is hard to find.. 0 outta 5 stars do not recommend!!

We shop this location frequently. The employees are not the friendliest and it's hard to find help. Get the app to find what you need or find if it's even in stock. It will save you time. Garden area is well kept.

I've always had good experiences when I need anything from Home Depot; they're good people - and helpful, too.
This time I had to exchange a lamp (the glass shade on it was shattered) and the girls at the service desk were so sweet - took care of the one I returned, and helped me check to see if the new one was intact...
Again, a successful exchange and a positive experience...

Not 1 single cashier. Only self checkout.  I will never return to Home Depot. Not gonna spend my money at a company that wants me to work for free for them.
