I was there tonight with a receipt to return items I got earlier today that were incorrect. It's not the return policy that actually got to me it was the rude attitude of the "so called customer service manager". She screamed at my husband before I came inside because he wanted to just exchange the items for the correct ones. Then I came in and she continued to be rude to myself and other customers as well. I was not happy with how she talked to me and talked to her in the same tone. She said she didn't care about her job, when the other customer called her out for being so rude, she told him to go walk out in front of a car and kill himself! I told her at that point I wanted to speak to the manager about my experience, she said she was the manager lol! I said no, I want the store manager. At one point I thought this crazy woman was going to come around the counter and tackle me to the ground. Sarah the assistant manager came up and I explained all this to her No way this hot head needs to be in management! Or work with the public!

The best thing about this place is that it's not SLowe's. This place is way faster than Lowe's. It's not a clean, but at least the employees actually try to help you find things and will do their job. I've had guys go out of their way to help me find items I was having trouble locating. So I much rather go here just because of the service I receive.

Live really close to here. They have everything I need here. I always come to this home depot when I need to get some tools/hardware/paint. They have Makita which is a great plus but also the employees are very helpful and don’t hide from you like other hardware stores. I don’t work construction anymore but I still have a lot of projects I work on. This is the place to go for all of your needs (Except 1/2 drive impacts, yet to see one)
