If you are a veteran do not EVER go to any home depot. They use a shady third party to "verify" your service. They do not know how to read a DD214 and they do not use ID.me it's some shady possibly illegal service and I wish I could tell more people to never shop at this terrible anti veteran location. Go across the street Lowe's would love your business. Do not give these anti veteran pro China hucksters a single dime of your well earned money.

Disappointed, they are making veterans, military ,hard to get their discount. You are required to go online to sign up for their app. You get a barcode downloaded ,to show your military I.D. at the H.D. store. I am wondering what they're doing with you r personal information. They can sell it, another way to make more money.  I have noticed , their store traffic has been going down the last few months. 🤔🤔🤔😞😞😞

The staff at The Home Depot is very helpful. They have always went above and beyond to help me in every aspect. From advice, to finding hidden items. I truly appreciate all of your hard work. Thank you all very much.

I spend too much time here and money. The employees are helpful from helping me find the right items I'm looking for, helping me checkout to loading it in my truck.

This is for home depot online. I ordered and paid for $1480++ appliance, on Nov 7th, it said it backordered and would be delivered at Dec 7th, and texted me at Dec 6th. But I called on Dec 7th, the order said it was on the truck on the way to delivery, called the CS and she said it was on delivery yesterday. We waited all day and it didn't come. I called again on Dec 8th, it said it was backordered and would come on Feb. 08th. So we paid on Nov 7th, said it was backordered and would be delivered on Dec 7th, so we agreed to wait for 1 month, and with all their conveniences and like nothing happened, it was so easy for them to say-- oh it was backordered again -- and would be available at Feb 8th. Are you kidding? Please -- don't put it online -- for fake delivery tracking/fake backorder date delivery if you are not sure. If you didn't have the item or couldn't fill your promise, at least you'd call us back to inform us, so we don't have to wait all day waiting, called 2 times yesterday -- was cutoff -- no call back, and had to call back again today -- then was given the answer -- had to wait for another 2 months. We paid on Nov 7th, but the item was supposed to delivery on Dec 7th (and it could be delay -- backorder again after that) we wouldn't know. Please ----- be really careful when you list your item/s online-- if not sure -- then contact US !! You have our phone number -- very unprofessional. I cancelled the order -- and they cancelled immediately. But -- waiting 3 months for items when we were told to wait 1 month, paid in advance 1 month before -- this is very unprofessional and unexpected to come from a big company. 😞 we could have purchased from another company - that was a black Friday order price -- they wasted our time and chance to purchase it from another company with black Friday price -- very disappointing !!! We also asked to be charged the card/payment after item is ready to be delivered (if it is coming in February, so the payment should be once the item is available and ready to be delivered), but no, the charge was in 7th Nov, and the item was backordered till Feb 08th - this is also unprofessional. WE MISSED OUR BLACK FRIDAY PRICE and TIME !!!!!! VERY UPSET !!!!!!
