SEARS "customer service" is absolutely worthless. A service technician came out and diagnosed the problem and needed repair and cost. I was not sure the fridge was worth the $1,000 to repair, so opted to discuss with my wife later. That afternoon,, the SAME day,, we decided to go ahead with the repair but the only contact was through the customer care site. To make a long story short, the only solution was to schedule another tech app to be able to order the parts needed and schedule the repair because the repairman had canceled the order. The "customer care" rep verified he could see the needed parts which were on the screen, but it was impossible for them to reactivate the order. It was impossible for them to reach the service repair tech to order them. The only solution is waiting another week for another tech app to do the exact thing, to then order the parts and only then to schedule the actual repair. I will never go through Sears again. It is very clear why they went out of business. I feel very bad for the service repair gentleman to be associated with such a poorly run business. He was professional and thorough.

I tried to call the store directly and was routed to a call center in Florida....twice!!! No wonder they are going out of business!!
