Right as we walked in we were greeted by an employee.  I asked them where to find a certain product and rather than just pointing and telling me the isle, they walked me there. It was so helpful.  Then needed to find one last thing and there was another helpful employee walking around asking if you needed help finding anything and he was able to quickly point me to that second item.  This made for quite possibly the best hardware store experience I have ever had.. including ACE Hardware.

I have my complaints with Home Depot but this is not about online ordering or delivery issues. This review is for Kim who works in customer service. Kim restored my faith in humanity by diligently following through on multiple phone calls, long holds, and general confusion until my issue was resolved. I was ready to write off Home Depot completely at this point but this incredible level of customer service has changed my mind. Thanks Kim, you made my week and Home Depot is lucky to have you!

Just want to give a huge shout out to Simone. She was so patient with us as she tried to help us find a solution to our Christmas tree we bought that was unfortunately discounted at some point. We got one of the last ones and absolutely loved it but it was stuck on demo mode. We ended up returning the tree but she was so kind and helpful while she assisted us. Thanks for all your effort Simone!

I purchased an oven from Home Depot in Rohnert Park, and with that purchase came installation and removal of the old stove. 2 installers came out and refused to install the stove stating that I had copper gas pipes.  They stated that copper was not to code and left without taking the old stove.  I called a local plumber to change out the pipe and he completed my request and noted the pipes were to code as they were aluminum.  It cost $800 to replace piping that did not need to be replaced and the old stove is still here.  I have contacted home depot stating that they have not removed the stove and they so far have refused to refund any money.  Beware of Home Depot agreements that they do not keep,  and when you call to complain, you are talking to their "customer service" center in Georgia.

Much better shopping here than at lowes as customer service is better.  However, there must be a lot of theft as the inventory instock as per there website is never accurate.  Website may say they have 500 instock but if you go to the store they are all out.  However,  If you order online for store pickup they will substitute with a much better item.

The tragedy here is maybe one of 10 employees actually knows what they're doing and I actually have to go and find my own tools and my own paint and it's kind of like Kohl's where most of the kids working they're dumber than dirt and I don't know if they're just not being trained properly or they just don't care really but either way I find it sad but the older employees there they still care so thanks y'all you make it worth me coming back again and again.

Some old guy in the parking lot freaked out and punched my car after almost walking into it lol but thats not the stores fault. *Photo is of his car in Home Depot parkinglot*
Employees are very helpful when locating items.
The reason i took 1 star away is because Home Depot throws wilting plants in the garbage can instead of offering them at a discount.

My experience at HD as a women wasn’t very pleasant at all. No customer service, understaffed, Creepy management ( Steven ) and rude employees. I highly advise women to stay away from a bald white guy with a beard. Management need to keep this creepiest in check or something because I saw him eyeing up and down on some female workers and customers. It’s like this guy has no filter because he makes the creepiest comments. Also I was being looked at up and down as I made my way up to the garden section too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE SISTERS!

Dont buy anything from Home depot,com or off Amazon from HD.com and expect to return it when its not what you want - unless you want store credit. My experience today makes me wonder if maybe their close to going out of business.

Clean well kept Home Depot. I prefer the one in Windsor as I'm more adjusted to the layout, but this one has most of what you might look for at a location. Lots of staff on the floor. If you ask them questions, they will help. Just got to grab their attention. I love the plants at most Home Depot s- the quality of the ones I've gotten has lasted for years. A bit pricey but worth it!
