  I called and left 4 voicemails over the past 1 month, with no return calls. They are impossible to get in touch with. Bet 100% that you will get a voicemail when you call. I have 2 A/C and heating units installed on my property by Baier. I would suggest to use another company that actually cares about their customers or at leasts call them back... - Michael Lazaro

  I had Baier place a new unit on my roof. It took some custom metal fabrication to mount the new unit. Chad built the custom sheet metal at his shop and it worked perfectly. Very personal and easy to work with. Him and his crew were very professional. Never had a problem with him or someone at his office answering or calling me back. He was fair and and trustworthy. I would recommend Baier to my grandma
