Home Depot has decreased a helping hand when there’s something heavy to load up that you have purchased from them. I want to say that it’s management and not corporate side delegating services. I wished they would pay more attention to the service needed at the time of loading materials by hand. I had a customer helped me because saw me struggling to load up heavy!!

I purchased an awesome pergola, had it delivered to my home, but there were several parts damage, so I went to Home Depot and a young lady at customer service was Extremely helpful in helping me get the heavy boxed picked up at my home and returned to the store within 20 minutes and got a
quick credit on my Home Depot credit card. I was very impressed at the
Excellence Customer Care that was given. I will definitely continue to shop
there for all my needs....

I was lucky, i had this wonderful person by the name of Emmanuel and he was very helpful. He brought me the shopping cart and loaded my water heater. Great service in his part,  but home depot still sucks on customer service. I was lucky like i said.!

The sheet goods saw in the lumber department had an out of order sign, indicating that a new blade was needed.  Doesn't The Home Depot sell saw blades?  Is there not a single employee capable of changing a blade?

I ended up setting up a saw station in the parking lot, using the abundant carts scattered throughout the parking.  Luckily I had my cordless saw.  And, I know how to install a new blade when one is needed.

Employee helped me a lot choosing stuffs and plants 🪴 ☺ clean and nice store. 👌

As always there is alot of employees but not the ones who actually work in that certain dept.   As in plumbing, paint, lighting etc. They will get on the radio for that department rep. But if. He or she is busy or at lunch. You are on your own!  I know they a assortment of goodies to select from. But if you have a specific job that requires especial assistence well i hope that their customer service can improve 90%. Lots of parking, easy check out. Quality materials..

What's not to like about home Depot. I spend way too much time there and buy things I think I need but really don't. It's amazing!

Always hard to find an employee. But nonetheless I find what I'm looking for. At a great price. That's why I gave it 4 stars

I been wanting for over and hour to get what I need from the wood section I told few employees to help us and they just keep saying we are in it but it's been 72 mins and nothing I recommend better service for costumers and more personal they have very few employees

Their plants were very beautiful and healthy today. Staff was super friendly too!
