  I do not appreciate being put on a list for unsolicited sales texts & messages. I make it a personal rule never to do business with ANY company that does this. If/when I need the services, I'll do the searching... not you. ETA: I am not a former customer and I've had my phone number for about 15 years. Yet somehow, you found MY NAME & NUMBER and put it on your call list. Please remove me from your list. Thank you.

  Good afternoon. We only send correspondence using prior customers information. Our customer contact database is rather extensive. Like 10 years! Unfortunately, we cannot keep all customers contact info up to date. It’s likely your phone number belonged to a customer from years ago.   Its been 3 months and they just reached out to me n still didn't resolve anything. I'm done with these guys. Well kinda I'm stuck cuz I have12500 bill n my warranty is with them

  Our AC was being problematic and I had to call them. They squeezed a home visit for us and the AC was inspected. They explained everything to us and I loved that they don't try to sell you anything by lying. We made the decision to upgrade our unit and they came in and did the switch. Didn't take more than 3 hours and it was ready and working. Definitely recommend them for any AC problems.
