Over all Home Depot has decent competitive prices. I appreciate that the store is clean and the staff is, over all, helpful. The cashier today did a good job and navigated through a tough order.

Very clean store as well as friendly and helpful staff. If ever I run across an employee that doesn't know how to answer my question, they are always sure to find someone who can. Love this place

All went better than anticipated. With excellent help from Joan and Carlos in customer service they found exactly what I needed with no time wasted ordered it online for me and it will be shipped directly to whom I needed it to go in due time. BEWARE VERERANS: Home Depot Credit Card Services, Sioux City, SD. don’t respect veterans. Period.
In a written letter I ask Home Depot, Tyler, TX why I as a vet I didnt get my military 10% on 3 high priced ticket items and fwd the Credit Card an info copy. No response to date from the home store, but Credit Service did ignored my request completely. But attract me without an explanation. Oh! yes, don’t do business with this Credit Service, is my recommendation because they spike your interest to increase their bottom line. When called to pay via phone they posted payment on past due date to cuz additional interest payments akin to a Pyramid scheme. And, their shooty phone service is by recorded video tape having to make call several times to get through.

I personally would like a copy of a Customer Bill of Rights.

Received a gift card for Xmas tried to find out the balance couldn’t get it online said call the store called the store. after twenty minutes was told I have to bring it in  the whole purpose was know before driving two hours to a place I don’t go
