  Called early morning and was told someone will be contacting you soon. Called back at 11 also told the same thing plus that I on priority. Had another two hrs pass with nothing. Called again saying we'll call u right back with some answers. Called 45 minutes later saying it will have to be an after hr call. Would have cost $250 just to show up. I wouldn't write this up if they would of just told me that they dont have time to do anything from the start. Terrible services

  Luke came out to inspect our central air unit after it was damaged in a storm. He was very kind and professional and had a wonderful sense of humor. He was very thorough and extremely pleasant to work with. Hopefully we will see Luke again in the future for our scheduled maintenance appointments. Thank you Luke and Kalins for a great job!
