  We got here at 8, there was a work order and now we have been sitting here 2hrs waiting to get material loaded, they brought it out but haven’t loaded anything! Worst Home Depot experience.

  Horrible customer service experience. Bought a Milwaukee three-piece pack out toolbox it less than a month ago. Made mistake of not keeping up with my little white receipt and paying cash. A $309 plus tax purchase and I just wanted to exchange the middle box because the release latch would not work it was still in brand new condition had the Home Depot sticker on it. I have spent over $100,000 in the past four years with Home Depo building my new home in renovating another home and usually use my pro rewards this time I just paid cash and was in a hurry and did not use my debit card or my pro rewards just wanted to exchange my Milwaukee toolbox for one with the latch working They told me I have to take it up with Milwaukee, I told them I purchased it from you you need to take it up with Milwaukee and just exchange this plastic toolbox you just sold it to me a month ago . Buyers beware !!!

  I purchased a Samsung washer large capacity . Which I purchased Home Depot Protection Plan. Shortly after washer was purchased i realized water wasn't draining completely . So I would use spinner only and water still would not drain. So called so called protection Plan that i paid at home depot, . This has been since Dec 18 many calls,canceled tickets, and headaches later and still has not been resolved . I have a washer that has stained all light or white clothes. 2 Service providers given no one would come ,No exchange and so far no refund . I spend lots of money at home depot. I hope you ask more questions about service plan a bit more because no one would service the area etc . You will have to jump thru hoops and do troubleshooting and spend many hours communicating back and forth . At the end i still have a washer that has manf defects and no service, no exchange and no refund
