Great experience at Lynchburg, VA Home Depot. I ordered an item online and could pickup at the store with no shipping charges. It arrived quickly and can be picked up at the Customer Service desk or can be delivered for curbside pickup.

Ok so not 100% with this store but a world of difference from Lowes. Better prices and easy to find what your looking for. I went to Lowes today, took 30 minutes with help to find 1 of the 4 things they were supposed to have $20 more at Home Depot. I will never make that mistake again. I will go a little further out to save time and money!! November 30 2021 if you didn't read my Lowes review you may want to and this will make me sense! Home Depot was the winner for me. 3 trips reviewed, Home Depot far surpassed Lowes in cleanliness, customer service, price, inventory and ease of product location. After leaving Lowes, I decided never to go back. Went straight to Home Depot. Told the guy at the paint counter what I needed and they did have quarts of paint as well as employees unlike Lowes where they are taking breaks at 6:30 a.m. or just invisible. At Lowes the gallon he said was the only one that works outdoors, the paint was $45. No! So I got my red to finish my front door from Home Depot and I got a quart of white for the trim, 2 trays, a roller, 5 pads, a brush, painters tape and hardware for my door. I paid $40 for everything and $5 less then Lowes. Don't just buy there because they say that's all they have because it's not penny's more it's dollars. I wouldn't pay more if I was rich. I attached a picture of everything I bought way more for my money at Home Depot. Lowes Is a waste of money! Hope this helps!!!

I was fortunate to shop the Lynchburg store when an employee came to me and asked if I needed help. I was buying plumbing parts that wouldn’t work that I probably would of had to return he actually knew exactly what I needed and gave above and beyond advice on how to do it correctly and got everything I needed, usually projects takes multiple trips to accomplish but got it all at once and it all worked out perfect. The next time I went to Home Depot I looked for joe in plumbing to help me with electrical , he again got everything I needed and was happy to help me, good employee I can’t thank enough
