Generator installed Very rapid response and completed in good time

Amazing work our went out.  They came gave a free estimate. The suspected our current air conditioner was too small for the house.  They did measurements first to confirm that was true. They also were going to Loan us a portable window unit because my mom was on oxygen.

Completely unresponsive. Had to call them multiple times and left messages. Kept saying they'll do the job, parts are on the way, the weather is bad. Finally they called to say they'll pass on the job. Had to start process over. Miserable management and unprofessional

Caution to customers seeking services from Southern Air. This company is not honest. It took 2 short visits at 90$ a piece to tell us our whole air conditioning unit needed to be replaced for nearly 5k. We were also told it would take weeks to get the parts. After a second opinion the very next day, it took 2 days to fix a leak and replace a fan for under <1,000$. What is worse, I have talked to other friends who had the exact same situation with this company. Sad you can't trust people anymore to get an HONEST opinion and price. I am sure they do good work, but seems lazy to come in and just say the whole system needs replaced without finding the problem first.
