Absolutely awful service, everybody walks slow like they dread working/helping.
I had to remt a tiller, I waited 45 minutes for some kid to find a ramp to load a tiller to the back of my truck, this was after I already waited nearly two hours to rent it.
There were multiple people at the register available to help people in line but for some reason they all had to help one person at a time.
There was one lady named Veronica that showed up and she was able to organize and get everyone taken care of. Id give her 5 stars but the rest of the experience was absolutely awful.

Asked several times for help and we were left waiting while they paged someone else.  No one would actually help us.  Waited 45 minutes for someone to help us.  Finally just left and purchased our items elsewhere.

Save your time and just order online and ship to you.

It's okay. Customer service in general is pretty bad.  Never have orders pulled when they say. Schedule a pickup and they pushed me off two weeks. Pro desk lost my order another time. Only one it town so what to do?

I can’t brag on Carlos in the lumber/siding department enough! If he hasn’t received a raise he damn sure needs one. AMAZING customer service. We went to the midland Home Depot first, asked 4 people for help and didn’t receive any. Called Odessa, Carlos answered and told us he had the siding we needed. So we drove to Odessa where Carlos loaded everything on a cart for us and told me where the rest of the stuff on my list was located.

The staff only help who they want and only if it's an easy fix. I wanted the 27 gal. storage containers their app showed 382 in stock. Of course, there are none on the shelf where the tag is, but it looked like a bunch may have been on the top shelf. We couldn't read the label to make sure so we finally tracked down an associate and asked about the item. We showed her how many they claimed were in stock. She simply said the app is not always accurate. I can understand it being off a few, but 382???? We asked about the ones on the top shelf. She said she didn't know if they were the right ones, then acted like she was going to see about it but just kind of drifted off. We waited to see if she would come back with an answer, then gave up. As we left, we saw her helping another associate with something totally unrelated. She just looked at us guiltily and didn't say a word. This store needs new management. It still has not improved. Their app is a joke. Save the trouble and go to Lowes.
