I was at work and from what my mom said he was very prompt and nice. Diagnosed my appliances quickly. But I am not a fan of overcharging. When I called I told him I had to appliances to look at he then told me diagnosis was $75 when I asked cost. Before leaving my house he informed my mom it would be $95 because there was two appliances. Which he knew when he gave me the price of $75. After all was said an done the tech returned the extra 20 with an apology and stated it was a misunderstanding. Which I understand things happen and appreciate value and honestly and customer service from people! Thank you! So when all is said an done I would use again!

I called this gentleman on Monday about my dryer. He came early (originally he gave me a Wednesday appointment) and he was very polite, professional, and quick. I felt his prices are fair for the quality. And I would definitely recommend him.

Installed new icemaker in my Frigidaire side by side. Broke the fastener on the control cover and didn't tell me. Cover kept falling off. I kept calling and leaving message. No return calls for about 2 months. Cover finally fell off and broke the ribbon that connected to the controls. Icemaker stopped working. Called them again and left message and told them I was angry because nobody had answered my calls and nobody had fixed the problem and that I intended to leave a very bad review and post on fb what had happened. Immediately recieved a call back from the owner, cursing and berating me for about 20 minutes. Finally had enough and told him never mind I'll just call someone else and pay them to really fix it this time. Owner said" Good! You do that!" and hung up on me. He called me back about 20 minutes later and told me that he had looked up my service call and was sending me a check for the full amount I paid and that I was to never call his company again. As if I would! He said he had been in business for 25 years and had never had a complaint and then said he was sick and tired of people calling him up and accusing him of not doing his job right and trying to cheat him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I never like it when a customer is unhappy. But here are the facts. I did not replace a Icemaker in her Refrigerator. I replaced the Ice Chute Door and Spring. It was not 2 month ago it was on February 12 2019. I’ve only been in business for 20 years not 25 as she stated. She did not tell me she was going to leave a bad review on the phone. I have no reason not to return phone calls. I have hundreds maybe thousands of customers that will dispute her claims. I am the “ONLY” one that answers my phone. I never received any messages from this customer that there was a problem, and I was only on the phone with her for maybe 5 minutes. I never said I had never had a complaint. Anyone that is in business will get a occasional complaint. The only truth I can see is that I did refund her money and told her to never call me again. I hate liars.
