  I'm writing a review today to mention a amazing experience I had at this Home Depot. I had dealt with another company for months trying to resolve a major warranty issue and had little to no luck. Nico from appliances is incedible went above and beyond to help me fix the situation which I felt was impossible to do so. His level of knowledge, problem solving and professional customer service is top tier. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and his actions show it. I'm so grateful to have had such a wonderful experience and help when I felt so lost in the situation previously. Also want to say thank you to Sammy for all of her help as well. She went out of her way to reach back out and to stay in touch with me during the whole process which is excellent customer service in my book. She is very kind, caring and patient. I'm so grateful for her help as well as Nico who both decided to help me when they could have just as easily said they couldn't. I can't say enough great things about these two, they truly made a horrible nightmare of a problem into a dream come true. Additionally I want to thank Misty for her expertise and deep understanding and knowledge of Home Depot's operating system to help us navigate through the technical obstacles we faced during the process. She is amazing and thank you as well for all your assistance with this. I really appreciate all of your help, this experience has truly made me a loyal customer for life.   Had laminate countertops installed and it was a horrible experience. On installation day after removing my old countertops they pulled the new ones out of the truck and they were obviously not the ones I ordered. Installer said it would be 2+ months before they could get the correct ones. Nobody with a family can go that long without a functional kitchen. Had them do the install hoping Home Depot would make it right. After waiting 2 weeks for a Home Depot manager to finally respond, it turns out that it’s my fault they ordered the wrong countertops and say there’s nothing they can do to make it right. I will never do business with Home Depot again. If you are planning on getting laminate countertops installed do yourself a favor and choose a pattern that has random splotches in the design otherwise they will not look right when putting them together. Please see photos below of Calcutta marble design and how horrible it looks. Home Depot should not install any countertops if they cannot match the pattern direction. They claim this is how all of the countertops come from the factory. Unacceptable!!

  I don't really have a need to come here often but it seems like every time I come here, I have a pleasant experience. The employees are always nice. In fact, two different men helped me find different items I needed. The layout is perfectly labeled for easy access. I always come back when I need something!
