Came in to get quotes on vinyl flooring. Some employees said hello and that's it. They didn't even ask if we needed help. The second time we came in, employees just looked at us, no hello. Not at all happy with their customer service. Didn't seem like they wanted to help. I asked a guy where a certain item was, he just pointed and told me what aisle. He didn't go with us to check it. So we went to that aisle and the item wasn't even there. Came back and asked him again, he was at his desk sitting down...really, you couldn't help us find what we needed? Not going back again. We were shopping around and we will not be shopping here just because of the customer service received. I don't understand why they have a sign outside saying they will help with what you need. Don't just say it, DO IT!
