I have never used curbside pick up but boy Doni love it now. They used a forklift and carefully placed my item. What a relief not having to do it myself.

Home Depot.com is a very good tool to use when going into the store isn’t an option always. But they’re very very slow. Yet when my order finally showed accepted into this store and they could not find it for days a Manager Mr. West took care of my issue without hesitation or any type of confrontation. He understood my issues and made sure that I was taken very good care of. I do not recommend HomeDepot.com for quicker service then walking in and getting taken care of in person. Thanks again to a great manager.

Just be aware it’s not a convenience if you have to stop what your doing and fix there mistake... they know what is a sellable product, and they used to have standards

The staff here is very friendly and I honestly prefer this location to the one in layton even though it is further away from me just because of the customer service and it seems that the things offered here are a better variety then other stores. We have rente varios machines here as well from the rental facility and they have server us well. Just last night we got a Hammer drill to drill some holes in our side driveway for a fence and it worked perfectly! They even gave us the perfect sized drill bit for the holes we needed to fit the specialized self setting bolas we got. In total, it was only about $54  for 4 hours but if you come in after 4:00 pm then they will let you have it until 9:00 am the next morning so you can potentially get 17 hours for the price of 4. (If your willing to stay up late and work that is) And then 18 for the bolts for a job a contractor would have charged a good 200 to 300 just for the labor.

So like any regular day I was at home depot getting what most regular people get. And as I crossed across the different rooms I came across this man. He seemed normal at first but I would soon find this was not the case. By the time I started talking to him it was like time had speed up and heaven opened and I ascended. And by the time I opened by eyes I had ordered multiple fridges. got to say best salesman I've ever meet. It felt like a Parasocial relationship. Because I felt so connected after the incident but for him it was just a regular day. Give this man a raise!
