This guys were GREAT! They were very respectful, clean, and professional. They were able to come out the day after I called them at a more competitive rate than any of the other companies. They were honest and leveled with me in terms I could understand. They completely repaired our in-wall gas heater in the same day so we had heat and didn't charge us extra.
I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Bryan and New City HVAC will ALWAYS be my go to for anything that has to do with my furnace and AC(which he installed personally) I won't go anywhere else! I've done business with him for 2yrs now, and trust me when I say I did my homework of businesses locally and they came out more than half the price of others in the area. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond what is required. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

My furnace stopped working and we needed someone asap. New City was awesome and made time to fit us in even though I called last minute. The technician was super fast and very knowledgeable. He fixed my problem in no time and also stayed to make sure everything else was running the way it should be. I would defiantly recommend this company to family and friends.

Brian is the man. I am a realtor and a real estate investor and let me tell  you. This guy has forever won my business and ALL of my clients business for life. This guy understands how to treat people and is VERY honest. We had other companies try to lie and charge THOUSANDS of dollars to fix a perfectly fine and working ac system. Brian with New City HVAC came out and caught them red handed flat out lying to make money. You will not be disappointed. The are A class and the best.

Decided to have new central AC/Furnace unit installed in an older house with only a swamp cooler. Technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. The price was fair and the service was fast. I will use New City again in the future.

We have had the chance to perform the HVAC Test and Balance on his work.  These guys don't cut corners and they do things right the first time.  Rex is as genuine and honest as they come.

Bryan is an amazing dude. I've known him for quite a few years. Our AC had gone out 3 times in the last year and I finally made the decision to call Bryan after it went out last night again. He instantly made time to come out and had it working in no time.
