I usually have a good experience when I shop Home Depot. But today, there were so many pallets down the aisles, it was the most unpleasant shopping experience.
Maybe big box stores would have more money for payroll if they actually had people scheduled to put out merchandise for customers to purchase and not in boxes.
I was not happy.

The old grumpy lady in the garden center needs to shut her mouth. After spending a couple hundred and then needing to load the large items into our truck she proceeded to yell at us about it being a fire lane. Not the 6 other cars also loading in the front of the store. When I asked to see her manager she ignored me. Get control of your grumpy old people and tell them to chill out. EVERYONE for ALL of time has pulled up to the front of the store to load. She acted like she single handedly was going to end this. Ridiculous. Will go to the other home depot where they have never given us problems about it!

First time inside one in a long time. I was impressed.  Home Depot in my memory was kinda dirty. Understaffed and disorganized. This was not the case. It was clean, well staffed and very organized.  I will start shopping here more often.

Always such good service. If they don't have what I need I know they are knowledgeable about where I can find it.

You can’t get through to anyone in a department such as flooring.
It just keeps ringing back to customer service. They tried twice to transfer it then they didn’t even answer they just stuck it on hold and left it there. This place has gone down hill like a freight train.

Very clean.  Staff were highly professional.  Items I was looking for home improvement was here.  Quick check outs.

The paint counter assistant was very good and helped us out. The register lady was pretty helpful as well. The loading time is ridiculous been sitting outside for 20 to 30 minutes and 2 to 3 calls to get someone out here not very good.

Went looking for a new washer and dryer help was very friendly and they knew what they was talking about got a good price on the washer and dryer bought them and they delivered them will be back again

Our initial contact was rough due to numerous new employees, but Rosie prevailed, we purchased.
A series of delays in installation were frustrating; however, “Mike” did come. He was competent, professional, helpful. Thank you for having the “Mikes” of the world as employees. We shall shop with you again.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would .
I rented a skid steer from Home Depot, it started acting up and not turning properly the 2nd day of use , the equipment had been leaking hydraulic fluid all over my little 10 acre produce farm . The fellow Don who works in the tool department was very forward and told me “ Dave please document everything as the equipment they rented you should have never went out and the independent service and repair is not doing their job . So Home Depot knows they are renting out dangerous equipment that is in no way safe for the general public and in this case not even safe for the environment. When I called Don the fellow that works in the tool department he was very quick to reach out to the independent service company that does the maintenance on the heavy equipment and he was non responsive for two days . DO NOT TRUST HOME DEPOT’s RENTAL EQUIPMENT, They do not maintain rental equipment and in my case it has caused not only substantial financial loss but Home Depot’s rental equipment has caused environmental damage to my farm . You will probably never know the outcome as most cases like this settle and non disclosure is attached to settlements. But know this , Home Depot failing to maintain equipment is a serious public safety concern not to mention the financial looses and harm to the environment.
Go to United rentals or equipment yard that deals in heavy equipment. Not Home Depot !  The equipment has NO alarms that allow the operator know hydraulic fluids are leaking or loosing pressure. It will be interesting to subpoena the maintenance records . “Par for the course “
To add insult to injury, Home Depot’s manger Lisa Boyd decided to charge me 800 dollars including a cleaning fee for the hydraulic soaked dirt on the equipment . The mentality of management is that I should have taken the hydraulic oil soaked skid steer to a car wash to spray it all off into our water shelter.
