Recently bought a home and went to this home depot for some items that we needed. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Tyler. He helped me with everything! Best employee ever. He even gave my son a pin off his home depot uniform. I just wanted to give him some recognition and thank him for his service.

Came to this location to go shopping for all new kitchen appliances for our house remodel. Olga was an absolute DREAM to work with- she was so helpful, extremely detailed, and just a joy to work with. She was knowledgeable and made our experience so pleasant- 10/10 recommend!!!

Olga from appliances is a sweetheart - very helpful and knows her stuff. Made our appliance selection seamless. Please see that she is recognized for her due diligence and help with our selections!

This is the good one in the area, and a very well run location. Personally I've gotten great help and advice at tool rental (floor sanders), and the plumbing guys are top notch. They helped me out with black pipe cutting and threading and advice for a small job. After a lot of wasted time if I need a service I now drive right by Jericho and Westbury and come here.

I bought a Mustee shower base that looked like it was in the best shape out of all the available ones in stock. The next day the plumber said it was cracked and destroyed in the corner. I was livid. At the end of the day I went back to Syosset Home Depot and asked to see a manager. Dee Dee came to help. Let me tell you she was not only friendly,  helpful, understanding, professional, but she actually  cared about the situation and even helped me find a replacement  that was in perfect shape. It's people like her that companies like Home Depot need to bot only hire and train, but also take care of. Also Mark on the register is excellent  at his job as well. Very professional  and friendly.  Bonuses for both of them.

Best time to go is late night 7pm-9pm. Smaller home depot compared to most. But the smaller foot print allows faster a shopping experience.

Ordered snow blower they put money through my bank before even knowing it's available so they cancelled it now they tell me I can go to any home depot to swipe my card to get my refund I go to Levittown store they tell me no you have to go to Soyett store for refund go all the way there they said no it shows u got ur refund NO I DID NOT NEVER AGAIN. NOW I have to wait to get my $ 432.33 back 5-7 days

I really like the syosset Home Depot. For some reason it has a small town field for a big box store

Has everything that you can think of. It's weird to find a clean and organize home depot sice they all a mess.

Place needs customer service 101 courses, asked 3 associates to help and they flat out refused , want to especially mention the chinese guy in hardware that says “jesus christ” when i ask for help 👎 no bueno
