This place is a mess. Starting with the horrible dirty parking lot. That says a lot about the place. Trash everywhere. People dump trash there because it's already so dirty. They need to clean up the lot. Inside is a little un organized. Could be better. Two stars and that's being generous. Home Depot HQ should be made aware of this place and clean it up.

Very good pricing, clean, efficient but I had to request they not put out on the floor EXPIRED RICOTTA. It had expired over a month before! Great prices on Chop meat.

This store had everything ..just about.  It is kept neat and the workers are very helpful. The store opens at 10:00 am and by 1045 shoppers were already rushing out with several shopping carts.

Jalen P . Amazing wonderful kind supervisor ..The managers of Home.depot need to recognize himm. I don't normally go to Yonkers Home Depot and if I do I never ask for assistance as per the few times I've gone there I've been given attitude rudeness. There has been times when I did get nice people very few though. I usually go to New Rochelle sometimes or I'm at the Ridgehil l owes the competition . They seem a bit nicer. Yesterday I was pleasantly surprised when my mom had bought 2 cans of hormax tub tile spray they both stopped working the bottles were full . I went to customer service sure enough one of the supervisor that the clerk called over states in sorry ma'am this is not an our product w a smirk . I said no my mom buys all her products from home Depot here . We do t have a receipt. The women' stated again we don't carry the product . Right when I walked in I asked an employee where can I find this he stated isle 24 . When I was told they didn't have this I advised the supervisor and customer I was told you do. I went  down the isle 24 but no prays I was given the wrong isle I asked another person she told me isle 5 I found it . I brought it over to the cashier's that helped me few minutes ago at customer service . I told her here you go you do carry it . She then went and got another customer service person which he was a supervisor I explained the entire situation and that I was told home.depot doesn't carry this. Product when in fact they did . His name was Jalen P. he approved the exchange with out a problem. I really wished I could find a manager or a regional manager to speak w them and let them know what I went thru and the great person they have working there . Jalen P. He was very nice understanding listened and made an executive decision. He made me feel different about going there . They should have more people like him on board . Thank you Jalen P.

This Home Depot is pretty messy and dirty compared to others I’ve visited. The shopping carts seems to be scattered everywhere in the parking lot making the parking (and keeping your car from getting dented) more unsettling. Inside the store I often can’t find the items I’m looking for even though the HD app says it’s in stock at the specific aisle/shelf. It’s mostly likely somewhere else… you’ll need to track down someone to help you locate it.

So far the worst HD I've visited. Parking awful,  to leave store you need to go through sort of car maze, drive through storage area.
Almost impossible to find lumber cart. You're lucky if you see one in very far corner of 10 acres parking lot. Inside: on dirtier side, but I don't mind. Product selection terrible: missing too many essential items (+/- 6 months observation time) annoying security guards asking for proof of purchase even when they see you checking out. Cashier scans 20 exact items separately..

Home Depot is amazing, but they need more workers. To have a wood board cut down,I waited over 25 minutes, mind you that there was a couple that we had seen while looking for help on finding where the shelves was located,they waited for more than 45 minutes. I was warn about the time it takes for a customer to get the help he/she needed. The worker that came to assist us was so friendly and curteous,of I m not mistaken his name is Alonso(his name  started with (AL- dark skin man ,tall)He made up for time we waited. I would like to thank him for making my day good one. You have my blessings.

This store is just filthy.  The parking lot is even worse! It looks like someone just dumped a garbage truck all over the lot.  There's no reason for all this filth. Surely they must have someone to clean up the place!

Good service. Definitely under staff and allot  of new hires. Have to be patient going there but they have a great selection.
