Our old boiler failed in cold weather and we called them for help.  They returned our call quickly and repaired the old boiler so it could function.  We decided to have them install a completely new boiler, hot water tank and thermostat.  They are quick, clean and professional.  For appointments, we like that they text us the name and a picture of the technician who is coming, and when they are on the way we can see where their vehicle is on a map.  We are happy with their work and continue to have them service our heating system.

Mario the technician who came on time diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. We are so appreciative because we had no heat. This company is most professional and kudos to Mario for his work and good nature.

I normally do not write reviews, but this was the second time I used Maximum Indoor Comfort and am very satisfied with their serve.  Able to schedule a routine maintenance appointment quickly.   I like fact that they scheduled the same technician that I had in the past.  My technician Mario is very polite and knowledgeable.  Defiantly a reputable company and would highly recommend.

STAY AWAY
Waited two days  for a service call. Technician was very nice and explained what the problem was.  It was a SMALL broken plastic piece on furnace.  He stated that he was not sure if they could replace the piece and that my 11 year old , well maintained, high efficiency furnace may need to be replaced because of this little plastic piece.  About 20 minutes later I got a quote of almost $9,000 for new furnace.  Seems like they never even checked to replace the plastic nipple and just wanted to replace the ENTIRE unit.     At least they agreed to refund the $180 service call.
End of story - Furnace repaired by me with minimal effort $ 9000 saved.

Bill, when it comes to repairing of gas furnaces we can not perform “Band-Aid” repairs. We must follow manufacturers approved guidelines for repairs. The part which you referred to as a “piece of plastic” it’s actually an integral part of your furnace. In the event of a crack, CARBON MONOXIDE can leak into the living space. Using crazy glue or other similar adhesives is not safe and we would NEVER put you or your family a risk in order to make a few dollars.
