  Shawn is very professional. Communicated very clearly that he was booked a week out, showed up when scheduled and assessed the AC unit, located and ordered the part we needed. Once the part was in he installed it at the first chance he had - on a Saturday no less. The cost of the part turned out to be less that he anticipated and he passed along the savings to us. Would highly recommend The Furnace Shop!
