The AC Guys have maintained two houses for us and have done a fine job. I had them add a mini-split in my garage/workshop. The install by Don and John was first rate. The attention to detail, professionalism and cleanliness made the job a pleasure. I had to wait for the unit to arrive due to the supply chain crises but it was worth the wait.

We are very disappointed in the install and service provided by The A/C Guys. They installed a new unit in our home last May. This is a secondary home so we are not there as often. We have had to call the company out 5 times since the install due to the unit not running properly and water backing up in the pan. On a recent trip to the home, the unit had kicked off completely and stagnant water was standing in the pan. The technician apologized and said we would not be charged for the call since we have continuously had issues, but then we ended up receiving a bill in the mail. I spoke with the billing department and they said since we are now outside our 1-year warranty period, we must pay the bill! We are very disappointed and do not feel like the unit was installed correctly since we continue to have ongoing issues. We will not be using their service any further!

Mrs. Swords, we are always disappointed to hear that our clients are not satisfied with the services we provide them. We did install this unit for you on May 8th of 2020, then we had to come out one single time on July 23rd 2020 to fix a moisture problem, per our notes, and we did not charge you for that as you were within your one year labor warranty. We did not go out to the property until August 8th of 2021, 15 months after your original installation date. We have no record of five visits, we only have record of one single in July of 2020. The technician who came out in August of 2021 noted that a drain had to be cleared. The technician specified that this was a matter of needing preventive maintenance after a year of the unit being installed, and we sent you a sign-up form for our maintenance program per the notes on our invoice. Feel free to check this alongside any other HVAC company in the area - preventive maintenance is absolutely imperative in our area to clear these drains, at least once a year. We highly recommend joining a maintenance program with your new HVAC provider to prevent future issues such as this. We hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas.

Great service.  Donald and his helper were on time, dealt with the crane operator and had everything working by early afternoon, as promised.  They also cleaned up all debris before they left.  Highly recommend them.

The A/C Guys have been my HVAC contractor for years and have always done excellent work. We have a water-based, ground-loop geothermal system, and I especially appreciate it when their employees explain what they are checking and why, because it helps me better understand how the system works.  A good example was this most recent work by Joel Johnson (following up from Dustin the week before). Neither one stopped moving while explaining what he was doing. Great work.

The A/C Guys installed 2 complete new Trane units in my home during an extensive remodel in 2016. They have done all the follow up maintenance and service work since then. All of their employees are top notch quality HVAC professionals and I feel that standard is set by Johnny and Robert.
Jonathan recently completed service work on one of the units that had some condensation buildup. He was very thorough and I feel went the extra effort to make sure everything worked properly and that I was completely  satisfied.

Thank you AC Guys for always having outstanding service! A technician, Joel Johnson, responded to our maintenance call within 2 hours of me contacting AC Guys. He found the root of our AC problem & had it fixed in less than 30 minutes.  I always recommend this company to anyone needing  HVAC work.
