They went to my mothers house to service her unit and immediately asked if she wanted to sell her trailer that she had in the yard. She told them no, that it wasn't for sale but service tech kept bringing it up and eventually asked of he could trade the trailer for a used compressor. Also refused to accept a card after she speciasked over the phone of they, and now she can't ahold of them to ask why her house is still hot. TERRIBLE

Our Centra air unit completely stopped working right before going to bed, no cold air was coming out of the vents. We called around and got some pretty high quotes just to come out to check it, but this company gave us a pretty reasonable quote, showed up pretty quick to the house and had it fixed within no time with part in hand. And was also able to do an extra service for our Central Air. The Owner of this company checked the actual unit to make sure everything was working properly which it was, after the problem was fixed. Overall, the experience was amazing, a super speedy service, amazing customer service and reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend this company and would definitely call this company if needed again. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Would rate higher if I could. Had them come out a month ago when my Rheem unit was back flowing so bad it flooded my garage. The line was blown out but it would continue to do this frequently. Come to find out my home builder put a 3 ton inside unit but a 2.5 ton outside unit. When it was 87 outside it was 80 inside. To make matters worse, with all the flooding the 1/2" particle board that supported my AC unit and water heater started to sag. On top of that, the builder for some unknown reason had cut into the particle board then replaced the cut out piece which also started to sag. Texas Heat&Air came out and pulled the old unit and the water heater then rebuilt the collapsing base that supported both units then reinstalled the water heater and installed the new AC unit a real fair price. The two technicians that did the work were very professional and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend this company.
