  After arriving home late after an extended trip we awoke the next morning to a house getting warmer by the hour in late August. I call 4 different HVAC companies for which I was either place on a list or received no returned no call back. As the day continued and not getting any service I called TemperaturePro and was certainly happy I did. As it was late in the day Keith said he would come my way before going home. Keith provided me with several options and we agreed on a new Bosch HVAC unit that has an excellent performance and quality rating. As the Bosch unit was not immediately available, TemperaturePro was able to provid us a portable air conditioners for us to use for over a week so could cool a room and escape the 92 Degree house temperature. The TemperaturePro team then installed the Bosch HVAC a week later in attic space that must have been 150 degrees and we have been very happy with its performance and the Nest energy saving thermostat. I have never experienced a HVAC company that provided such service with a quick response, regular update and a backup portable air conditioner to use. TemperaturePro is exceptional in my book and they will be the first I call and recommend.

  Very professional and honest, installed a mini split in my garage, was fast, high quality products, works great. Don was a good rep. for the company. Called several companies and most didn't call back, and the ones that called back gave a quote over phone, they never came out, tempro came out the same day and sent me a email quote next day.

  From the very first contact I had nothing but excellent, personable service from Keith the owner to his staff. We live overseas and he was cognisant of our time difference, patient when we needed to wait for funds, and honest about the different products he had available. He asked us specific questions and advised us of our options and then allowed us time to review. Installation went flawlessly and his crew were professional and timely. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I appreciate the confidence I now have that if anything does go awry I can know it will be rectified professionally and promptly.
