  Our experience with this company has been great. While I think we got a lemon unit initially, our regular maintenance was mostly performed by Rob. We had frequent blower motors that needed replacement.. He was empathetic & always treated us well. This years maintenance was performed by Scott. He found our freon low & a leak in our coil. Ugh! He called Matt & came up with 2 options. We chose a new unit. Mason came out & installed the new unit. He was polite & very efficient. Hopefully this ac unit will last a long time! I would definitely recommend them to others.

  We just bought a home couple of months ago in Cape Coral. We live 1200 miles away so we have a neighbor checking on the place weekly. Got a call from our neighbor that our A/C was not working... (go figure right!!!). I got online looking for a company with good reviews and one we could trust to open our home and fix A/C without walking away with any of our personal items. Tarpon had great reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. They showed up same day, opened front door with our key box and fixed the issues. They kept me informed the whole way and price was very reasonable and they didn't touch or take our things. I love this company and will spread the word on their greatness. We will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs Thanks Tarpon. You guys are the best!!!

  Ivan replaced my blown blower motor, installed UV and fresh air REMO, did regular maintenance checks on all systems. Superb job! Explained everything to me and answered all my questions thoroughly. IVAN is my go to guy at Tarpon. Professional, efficient and cleaned up his mess. Thank you Ivan
