Melissa and Tauvao and their staff are amazing!!!! Had a heating issue on one of the coldest days this year and on the weekend. They came out and were fast, friendly and got me fixed within no time. Everyone through my whole experience was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a previous technician with another company and they didn’t get it right and actually was wanting me to get a part replaced that was unnecessary. James came and figured out the issue and was able to explain to me what the issue was. This was very important to me it showed he wanted me to understand what was going on and kept me informed in the process. I went through a 2 day ordeal with getting my heat repaired but I’m so glad I ended up with TemperaturePro and they have a customer for life now.

Doug Willingham is an excellent technical representative for this company. He explained all his procedures before starting my service and explained what he did when his service was complete. He was professional and expressed his gratitude for me using Temperature Pro. I will definitely call this company for my fall service. Hope Doug comes back out.
