Excellent! Total professional from start to finish. This was a great and worthwhile experience to have this fine group of young men do their
work in a manner that left nothing to chance. As I stated earlier, they did
the project beyond and above what I was expecting. In other words I am very well pleased with their efforts in getting the work done in a timely manner. I would most definitely highly recommend these young men   without any hesitation to do any and all HVAC work that is needed for your home or business establishment.

Heat was not working on Saturday. Had a crew come out that performs tune up on my system during the year and said my compressor was bad. I do have a home warranty plan and they set me up with Cool C HVAC. They came out Monday and put freon in compressor and now I have heat. He said nothing wrong with compressor but he did say I have a leak at the evaporator. I will use them to replace it. The other crew did not go in the attic at all.

Calvin, and his team provided excellent service.  You could tell he has in depth knowledge of HVAC install and maintenance, as it took him looking at my indoor unit for 2 minutes, he immediately knew it was something outside.  He explained what he was doing as he was diagnosing the problem.  Within 5 minutes, he figured out the dual capacitor was bad, and had it changed out in minutes.  When you say you “just know” you can trust someone, Calvin and his team are those type of people, and do great work.  Cool C HVAC Services is reliable, and you can trust their technician’s diagnosis.  Since my home was new construction just over a year ago, he was able to still lookup my MFG warranty for the part and get the replacement, which saved me some money on the part.  They will do you right!

Calvin responded on a Saturday morning when I realized our unit wasn’t working correctly and the heat was rising quickly in mid July here in SC. He identified the issue in a matter of minutes and even had the part needed on his personal vehicle which he was using that day! He was incredibly professional and knew his stuff! His customer service alone has made us lifetime customers for this house and our new house. The price was fair and the work was high quality.
