  The guys at temperature pro did a complete re-balance of the heating and cooling system in our home including the install of some new duct work, sensors, and vents. They even came out a second time to tweak it when we didn't get the exact results we were looking for. Excellent customer service and quick to respond. We couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them again in the future.

  I have to admit that I rarely take the time to write a review, but for this company I will happily do so. Temperature Pro's service technicians (Bo and Andy) came out today and completed the repairs to our geothermal unit and they did it for the price they quoted. They were prompt, courteous, polite, respectful, and were able to explain the problem and the repairs in a fashion that we could easily understand. These men are exactly the kind of people that I will happily use again when needed and happily recommend. There was no hard-core sales tactics nor did they try to sell us on a whole new unit (like one of their competitors did). Bo was especially friendly and I found myself thinking that the owners of Temperature Pro are lucky to have him.

  We were having issues with a split unit and the boiler for our radiant heating. Susan got us on the schedule quickly and communicated before our service technician arrived to let us know when he was likely to arrive in the service window. Bo was able to fix both issues that day. For the split unit, our previous HVAC company told us that they wouldn't service it because they hadn't installed it. We were anticipating having to replace it so when Bo said he had fixed it, we were thrilled! We had our boiler serviced the week before Bo came, but it just didn't seem to be working as well as previous winters. He checked that for us too and was able to diagnose and fix the problem so that we now have equal heat throughout the house. We couldn't be happier with the service, especially considering that another company had come out the week before and hadn't listened fully to our concerns to fix what we needed.
