  Sam was incredible to work with. He did well to educate me of my options (repair vs. install). When I elected to replace my current water softener he was excellent to break down all the options including differences and benefits. Very personable and professional. Steve assisted with the install and was great to work with as well. I’m very impressed with Dan Wood and will continue to call upon them for future issues.

  The front office was friendly and followed up to my ticket quickly. Chuck arrived on time and ready to work. Great guy but even better at assessing the problem and ensuring the gas leak got fixed correctly. He even took the time to explain things so we knew what he’d be doing and why. 100% recommend and will be using again in the future

  David was great. An absolute gem. He was professional, knew what he was doing and had a great attitude. A+ all around!! Jill at dispatch (?) was very engaging and polite about the late arrival. They were swamped and had trucks down, and she was very accommodating. Top notch!! Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
