  Unfortunately the HVAC unit and duct work was poorly installed, leaking most of my warm/cool air though gaps in the unit. Also, the air return and brackets to hold the filter in place were not installed correctly, leaving unfiltered air flowing through the unit which would ruin the unit. Tim was very upset when I pointed out these issues, so I had to fix the problems myself. Definitely would not recommend.
