  Our AC died on us in the middle of August. Richar came over same day and new immediately what the problem was. He didn't have the needed part with him but he got it and came over the next morning and fixed it. He was nice, professional, and his rates were very reasonable. Thanks Richar!

  I had a bad experience with the service provided by Richar. He looked into my Lennox broken furnace and said a couple of parts needed replacement, probably covered under warranty by the manufacturer. He said to call them and order the parts, charged me $60 and left. As it turns out, only HVAC certified contractors can order the components to submit for warranty with Lennox, which I learned on the phone with them. I asked Richar to help ordering the parts, but I got no response. Now I have to pay another company to diagnose again, order the parts, and install them. If you have a Lennox, and are within warranty, I suggest you go through one of the Lennox contractors or distributors.

  Richard was able to come same day. Fixed my a/c, took less than an hour. Was a good experience.
