  In their truly efficient manner, I was notified of the technician's arrival (Mr. Harold Cruz) as well as receiving a call from the ever-delightful Remy at their main office. Mr. Cruz took his time in thoroughly servicing my unit and updating me on the best care in between service calls. Great company to work with!!!!!!!!

  Chandler is great. Really goes the extra mile to research everything while diagnosing the problem. He’s been on time and quick and efficient every time he’s come out. Also he’s very friendly and patient. I have aggressive dogs that constantly bark and he’s very understanding about them.

  We have an annual contract with Temperature Control Solutions. When our AC unit died, they responded very fast. Remy in the office ensured that a technician came out immediately to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, the unit needed replacement, but TCP immediately worked up a quote, including finding me a very hard to find machine. They obtained the unit and began installation, including replacement of the condo roof unit, completing the work about 9 pm, and getting us back to normal without delay. Rey and his team are well coordinated and motivated, with a great work ethic. Communication and performance was super! Thanks to everyone at TCP!
