I can't say enough about this Company. Office staff was awesome with getting the Tech scheduled to come out. Shawn the Tech , arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and very professional, he is the epitome of a great employee. Due to a family emergency, we haven't had the chance to utilize Lowen Air at this time. But we will definitely in the near future.
So people...if your looking for a company that is licensed, insured and will give you a reasonable price, then Lowen Air Conditioning is the company for you .

$168.00 for AC service. They recommended coil cleaning via removing them for $700.00. I declined that (see below). Didn't receive an invoice for servicing AC for a month.

Second opinion from REPUTABLE area competitor - Sprayed and wiped down coils and serviced AC, ALL for $80.00. $788.00 savings comparably.

When I asked the person who recommended them, he (general contractor) said it sounded high and agreed that the coils did NOT need to be removed in order to be cleaned. A second contractor/building inspector said the coils did NOT need to be removed in order to be cleaned. Both felt that $168.00 for the service was high.

I'm a newly widowed single mom. Can't recommend this company.

We had been told by another company that our A/C unit needed to be replaced.  We wanted a second opinion, and called Lowen.  The Lowen tech said the unit was working and did not need replacing.  It is still working.  Thank you Lowen, your honesty saved us a bundle.

Our A/C went out on a Saturday evening and we were recommended to Lowen AC by a friend.  The tech came right out- very friendly, honest, and answered all my questions.   Since our previous unit was over 11 years old- I said I did not want to invest in an old unit.   The tech was a great help (even called to check on us the following day).  After he left, we had Mike (sales) contact us- he was calling us at 8-9pm on Saturday night to help expedite the new unit and handling the paperwork.  WHAT PROFESSIONALISM!  Mike got us squared away- followed up on Sunday, and promised we would have our new unit Monday.  The installers came out- SUPER professional, did a great job!  Friendly staff- all checked up on us after installation.  The following day (Tuesday) Mike called right away to make sure the air was working great.  Nothing but a great experience- thank you to an awesome team!!  You made a stressful event (no AC in FL) so smooth and for that I thank you!!!!

I was very happy with the service Lowen Air  provided.  I had a new AC system installed.  Phil the owner was very involved with the initial installation recommendation and followed up to make sure it was completed properly.  The service technicians were timely and professional.  The installation went well and runs great. We also had some duct repair work done.  Again the service technicians were professional and completed the work timely. They provided pictures of  before and after the service.  We are very satisfied both services and will continue to use Lowen Air when needed.

Lowen has done our AC maintenance for years and they’ve always been great. One of our units decided to die a few days before we were supposed to have a party at our house. They were able to get someone out to do a quick repair and ultimately got us a new unit installed before our party. Very accommodating, quick, and professional from start to finish.

Having a new AC unit installed was a pleasant experience from beginning  to end.  Mike S.  arranged the installation and then returned when it was done to check on its completion and my satisfaction.  The gentlemen who did the actual work were on time, pleasant, and efficient.  The office staff was responsive to my calls.Finally, when I had a question about the operation of the unit's fan, the owner of the company, Phil, came to my house to check it out.   In summary, I am very pleased with Lowen Air Conditioning.

I normally do not write reviews.  However LOWEN deserves to be recognized as a 5 star company. We had our system installed by them and could not be happier.  We recently had an issue where the cooling tower was shut down in our building which led to our ac not coming back online.  Technician Jose came out and got us going again.  Not only did he fix our problems but he clearly and precisely explained what we should do in the future to not have the same occurrence.  Jose is the reason that I’m writing this review.  This company employs people who enable consumers to understand and troubleshoot issues before calling them.  In south Florida this is essential.   I have listened to neighbors with brand new units complain about problems with their ac’s.  In our case we follow the advice given to us by people like Jose and If the problem persists we call for assistance.  We have never had to go through a night without ac working with this company.  Living in a high rise building I’m shocked by how uncommon this is.  I can not understand how people with new ac units are going for multiple days without working ac.  To sum it up in one sentence if you don’t think opening up doors and windows and using a fan Is acceptable work with LOWEN.
