  We waited for over 3 weeks and they never came, we called and they kept putting us off and said they didn’t care when I told them I’d find someone else.

  Not in the least bit concerned. I called and asked when could they check my HVAC unit. I was asked my name, put on hold and she came back and said, "probably next week."

  Although they did come when I called the job was done shotty and same problem within a couple of days had to get someone else to come to fix my unit.
