  Woke to a cold house with a winter storm approaching the same day. I had never used this company, so I could only hope to get help from them. Called company’s number at 6am and was able to speak to a person via answering service. Company person called me around 8am, gathered info and said a technician would call when otw. At 11 am the technician, Jared, called, arrived on time, was courteous, professional, compassionate and went right to work. He was able to diagnose and correct the problem within an hour. He explained everything he was doing, answered my questions and said someone would follow up with me on the next business day. The goal was to get my heat up and running throughout the icy weekend and it was accomplished. My house is warmer than it’s been in a long time. I am very appreciative of the service provided by Southern Heating and Air.

  I called on a Monday afternoon and the repair guys were at my home Tuesday morning. Christine & Tylor were great!!! They explained what was going on. They even fixed the problem until my new installation came. I really appreciate you all so much during these 90 degree days. You all are amazing at what you do. The Glover's
