I’ve used temperature Control now for over a decade. Each technician that comes in our home is professional, quick yet efficient, and most importantly respectful. Their prices are very competitive but even if they weren’t, we would never go else where. They really are the best. Thanks temp co!

We bought a top of the line ($14, 804.00) Lennox heat pump with air purifier and steam humidifier in Nov. of 2013 from Temperature Control because their website says they service and sell them. Only later did I find out that they are NOT a 'Premier' Lennox dealer. The Lennox website says this about Premier Dealers; In order to earn and maintain “Premier” status, Lennox Premier Dealers must consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. To ensure they do that, they are trained to design, install, service and maintain HVAC systems, are dedicated to achieving complete customer satisfaction, and must maintain a 4-star rating among consumers. On 12/2013 I had them out to investigate system vibration. Covered by warranty. On 12/2013 I had to have them back to install a vibration elimination kit. Covered by warranty. On 07/2014 I had them out for a post installation A/C check. Covered by warranty. On 12/2014 I had them back to install a maintenance kit for Pureair, $202.00. Not covered by warranty. On 01/2018 I had them back to adjust settings on thermostat because the humidifier wasn't working correctly, $120.00. Not covered by warranty On 12/2018 I had them back to correct a thermostat error code, $120.00 not covered by warranty. On 11/2019 I had them back to replace a bad control board, $160.00. Not covered by warranty. On 01/2020 I had them back to resolve error codes on thermostat. Covered by warranty. On 01/2020 I had them back to troubleshoot a bad controller on the humidifier, $80.00 to troubleshoot and $500+ to replace. I declined to replace. On 07/2021 I had to have them back to replace the thermostat, $892.50. I asked if they could install a simple thermostat instead of the 'Smart' one. No, the system won't work without the $892.00 thermostat. So I don't know if it's a Lennox quality thing or a dealer/installer thing but I'm afraid of what may happen once my warranty expires in a little over a year. Buyer beware.

We may not be a Premier dealer, but we do strive for complete customer satisfaction and always try to be fair with our customers. We are sorry to hear this customer is unhappy and would have tried to find a solution, but they never gave us the chance. Regarding the call in July this year, that amount included labor. However, we didn't charge the customer all of the labor we had in it and we didn't charge them full price for the thermostat. The thermostat was no longer in warranty and we only cover labor for the first year after an installation. The customer never once tried to contact us regarding this invoice. We tried calling, emailing and sent numerous statements with no response. We do take customer complaints very seriously and appreciate any opportunity to improve.
