  Jessie Campbell installed a complete mini-split heating and air conditioner for me. I’ve mailed and called him multiple times for issues and I believe only once or twice has he returned my call. During the very cold snap this past winter I called many times as my new unit would not maintain above 57 degrees. He never responded. Finally, I called Daikin and they gave me the name of another company to service the unit. They arrived and after two hours found the back up heat strip was never programmed to work. This cost me $211 to have corrected. I called and emailed Jessie, with a copy of the bill stating it was never set up correctly, asking for him to reimburse me the $211 and have never heard from him.

  Great experience! Jessie was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my system in proper working order for the upcoming season. Very reliable and trustworthy.
