  We arrived at our place of business on a chilly morning and discovered we had no heat! Within an hour of contacting Ted Dumont HVAC, we had a very polite technician named "Ben", take care of our heating needs. As he left, I thanked him and called him "our hero"!! As a business owner myself, I really appreciate and value employees who are customer service oriented/driven. Great job!!

  I need to replace my 34 year old Compressor and my 1st call was to Ted Dumont HVAC. Ben showed up on time, calling before he headed over to confirm the appointment. He gave me a thorough explanation of my choices and how the process works. Took extensive photos of existing equipment and what my options were. They will be emailing me an estimate and time schedule. Ben has been here several times and is great to work with.

  Ted Dumont HVAC was amazing today in restoring gas service to our home after the neighbors smelled gas from a broken gas line. Their truck arrived within 2 hours of our unscheduled call and Ben, the technician, identified the problem and fixed it. He even returned in the evening (after the gas company approved the work) to hook up the gas, turn it on and get our furnace and hot water heater going again. Ben's friendly and competent service work earned him our family's gold star of approval. We highly recommend Ted Dumont HVAC (and Ben!) for your HVAC repair needs.
