Travis and Dustin installed a new gas furnace, A/C and electric hot water heater today and did a fantastic job ! They were very professional and explained the features and benefits of our new units. Jason in sales met with us last week and helped us determine our exact needs. Dealing with Western Heating and Air has always exceeded our expectations !

Nick arrived early and seemed very knowledgeable. He troubleshot the problem right away and recommended a new thermostat. He then installed it, programmed it, and gave me a quick tutorial for running it. I am very satisfied with his work !

Extremely high level of customer service. I was shocked when our technician stepped out of the van with a mask on - it seems most other companies do not require. Extremely happy Western Heating and A/C prioritize the safety of their employee and the customer! Technician even improved my a/c pea trap at no additional cost to make service easier on the future - really excited about this!
