  My furnace suddenly stopped working (thermostat wouldn't even turn on) last Friday. I called a couple other places in the area first and they said they didn't know when they'd be able to send someone out, the earliest I got confirmation for was Tuesday (even with temps being in the 40s this week...) I am so glad I decided to give Taylor Heating and AC a call instead of waiting around - he came to my house that same afternoon! He even explained what the problem was with my furnace, and brought me a piece of the damaged wire that he had removed to show me. He had to run out for another part to get the furnace back up and running all the way (it was already pretty late in the day by this point) but he came back that same evening to finish fixing the furnace, despite that it was already dark outside (and a Friday evening at that)! He shows unrivaled commitment to customer service and care. You can count on me to be a customer for life. Thank you, Mr. Taylor!
