  Bryant did an excellent job. He went right to the problem and knew how to make the repairs. Bryant was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I couldn't recommend a better caliber person than Bryant to anyone for a great field HVAC tech.

  Ethan and Jessica were a great a/c/heating and air service team. They checked our thermostat. I received two new 20/20 screens for our air vents. Lastly, they cleaned the coils on the inside of our unit with the hose and recommended that we have our unit checked with our installer for possible compressor issues. I will glad keep Simmons One Our Heating And Air For our a/c maintenance. Ethan and Jessica were very pleasant, helpful and they took their time to make sure I was satisfied with their service.   Simmons Heating & Air was professional, quick, and friendly from my first point of contact with them until they left my home. Making an appointment was fast and easy and they were at my home the same day. I received both a phone call and a text when the tech was on his way; the text even had the name and photo of the technician so I knew who to expect. The tech listened as I explained our concerns and described the problem and solution in easy to understand terms. My entire experience was great and I will definitely use them again.
